I don’t remember a time when the top three were bunched this
close.
I don’t know whether to be happy for DJ or sad for RR. I’d love
to see either one of them win the Cup. DJ had his turn. I was
rooting for Ricky until after Dale passed him; then I was
thrilled that he was able to hold off JG, who doesn’t have to
win this year to stay on track for seven or eight career cups.
I think he’s around 30 now. If he drives another 20 years,
he’s got time to win nine Cups. :o(

Yep, Gordon has plenty of time to win 9-10 Cups. It would be a thriller
to have DJ win this year but to have RR win would be a very very special
season for someone who has been in this sport for 20 yrs.
