I’m looking for an e-mail address where I can write to complain to them
about the TS penalty. I couldn’t find one on the site. Thanks to anyone
out there who could provide it.

There’s a reason you can’t find an email address. They don’t want any
of the fans writing them and complaining about them being stupid and
biased.
You could probably write the CEO of D.I.S. with your complaint not
that any of our complaints will help.

Maybe before you send any email, you might want to check out the idea that Tony
wasn’t blackflagged for the Benson incident but for an incident earlier in the
lap when he passed Labonte below the line.
