I went downstairs and caught the second half of the race, along with
replays.

JJ was spun by the 77.

Now we have to ask how much it would take to motivate the
77 to spin the uncrowned Champion.

Nah.  It still don’t make sense to me.  ;o)

The 77 spinning him wouldn’t have put him out, it was the
hard left turn into the inside wall half a lap later that
caused the permanent damage.  I very much doubt NASCAR could

wall…those deals tend to hurt.

The new final 10 race,"Chase" makes that kind of "fix" totally unnecessary.

That’s how I see it.  NASCAR doesn’t have to manufacture breakdowns
for drivers–nor can I imagine a driver volunteering to have a
breakdown for the sake of the Corporation.

They know what’s good for NASCAR is good for them,
but what’s good for them is good for them, too, if you
see what I mean.  ;o)
