Well – I tried to post this early yesterday from work, in order to
be first. It appears the newsserver at work doesn’t have the group
properly configured as moderated, so the post went off into never-never
land. Sigh.

Ummmm, I think I’ve already seen that one happen a time or two. LOL

Yeah – I started into a more complex bonus prediction, with stuff
flying out of the track & all, but I decided I’d be really unhappy
if that came true. At least no-one has to get hurt for this one
to occur.

So that’s +1, -1, -1, -1 for a net of -3. Earnhardt, Waltrip, and
Gordon actually were in this order prior to the last caution,
I thought I was in good shape…

+1

They all finished 15th or worse, but Martin is argueably still in
the points chase. I’ll call this -1

No big wreck. -1

Credit to the TV’s, they had a handle on this one. So no points here.
Total: -4

John was so close to this happening that we must give him the +5 Bonus.
The only reason TV caught Elliott Sadler on his roof, was because NBC
was focusing on the finish line. I’m still wondering what happened on
the white flag lap. I can’t believe that there were/are zero reports
on that vicious hit(s) Biffle took.

Well heck, it’s my week to be unable to add. +1, -1, -1, -1
is a net of -2. So the corrected total will be -3, not -4.

I’m not up for the bonus on this one, they had great video from 3 angles and
showed it before the victory circle. We knew exactly what happened. He was
right in the event but not the TV part.
